		Privacy & Security Policy: The use of information collected by printforcolor.com is solely restricted to the processing and payment of your order. Under no circumstances will any of the information provided to printforcolor.com be shared with another business, public, or private entity. Your Credit Card information is used exclusively for the receipt of payment for the products and services you order. Our on-line e-commerce security is provided by VeriSign Payment Services. Printforcolor.com utilizes VeriSign's 'Payflow Pro' verification and encryption technology to ensure your order is submitted and retrieved through a secure connection to our server, and that the transaction remains secure at all times. Errors & Reprint Policy: At printforcolor.com, every effort is made to meet your expectations. But because the process for creating color on computer monitors (RGB) is entirely different than the process for creating color in offset printing (CMYK), the printed piece will probably not exactly match the image on your monitor. 4-color process printing (CMYK) is based on well-defined Printing Industry standards for color density and 'fit' that are designed to yield 'pleasing color'. These are the standards to which we strictly adhere. However, if we inadvertently alter your files, or if other defects in workmanship are discovered, the job may be returned to us for a complete reprint, from the files you originally submitted, at 100% OUR EXPENSE!Printforcolor.com will issue a return authorization for the products in question, and you must return the entire quantity that we originally shipped. We pay all returns and shipments on replacement products. Any claim for defects, damages, or shortages must submitted within 48 hours after delivery receipt of order. Printforcolor.com warrants only that the work performed conforms to the specifications and descriptions detailed in the submitted order. Copyright Policy: By submitting an order to printforcolor.com, you agree and acknowledge that you are the legal owner and/or licensee of all submitted artwork. You also warrant that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. You further recognize that because subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You also warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in the preparation of subject matter submitted for reproduction. To support these warranties, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless printforcolor.com for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided. Personal/Economic Policy: By submitting an order to printforcolor.com, you warrant that the work submitted does not contain any material that is libelous or scandalous, or anything that threatens anyone's right to privacy or their personal or economic rights. In support thereof, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless printforcolor.com for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action on these grounds. Indemnification: By submitting an order to printforcolor.com, you agree to protect printforcolor.com from economic loss an other harmful consequences that could arise in connection with your work. Specifically, you will hold printforcolor.com harmless and safe, indemnify, and otherwise defended against claims, demands, actions, and proceedings on any and all grounds. This will apply regardless of responsibility for negligence. Governing Law: The rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by, and entering into a business transaction with printforcolor.com shall be construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Indiana, excluding its conflict of laws rules to the extent such rules would apply the law of another jurisdiction. The parties hereto consent to the jurisdiction of all federal and state courts in Indiana, and agree that venue shall lie exclusively in Steuben County and/or Allen County, Indiana. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought and enforced only in the state and federal courts located in Steuben County and/or Allen County, Indiana, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any argument that venue in any such forum is not convenient. Legal Fees: If any party hereto brings any suite, action, counterclaim, arbitration, or other proceeding relating to the enforcement or interpretation of any of the provisions of this business transaction, or relating to the subject matter of this transaction, the prevailing party therein shall be entitled to recover a reasonable allowance for the attorneys fees and litigation expenses in addition to court costs. The prevailing party within the meaning of the Section includes without limitation a party who: (i) agrees to dismiss an action or proceeding upon the other's payment of the sums allegedly due or performance of the obligations allegedly breached; (ii) obtains substantially the relief that such party seeks.
