We stand behind our work . . . like you, we want your finished job to look great! So at PFC every effort is made to meet your expectations. However, if we inadvertently alter your files, or if other defects in workmanship are discovered, you may return the job to us for a complete reprint (from the files you originally submitted) at 100% our expense, or we’ll refund 100% of your money! ( please note: our guarantee does not extend to typographical errors or image deficiencies inherent in the original files supplied by the customer - see resolution under ‘FILE PREPARATION’ - . . . nor does it apply to standard ‘color shifts’ resulting from RGB to CMYK conversions - see color under ‘FILE PREPARATION’ - . . . so please refer to our File Preparation Checklist to double check your files before submitting).
